Karolinka Golf Park Matchplay
PRO GOLF TOUR TOURNAMENT
On July 4-8, Karolinka Golf Park will host thefirst 9-hole tournament of the Pro Golf Tour in matchplay format.
About 100 professional golfers from Europe will take part in Karolinka Golf Park Matchplay including, thanks to “wild cards”, several Poles. This is the first matchplay tournament the Pro Golf Tour series to be hosted in Poland. This format is very popular because players compete directly with each other and the golf course is contested for every hole.
On the first and second day, players will take part in two rounds of stroke play, on the basis of which, for the next three days, the best 32 players will face each other in matchplay format. The prize pool in the tournament is PLN 130,000.
TOURNAMENT BEFORE THE PRO GOLF TOUR
Pro-Am Tournament
On July 4, the day before the start of the professional tournament, Karolinka Golf Park will host the Pro-Am tournament. Leading representatives of regional and national business will be invited to participate. Together with the league’s best professionals, they will compete in a team tournament for attractive prizes, including Stelmach jewellery.
During the competition, there will be a picnic and an academy for non-golfers, and in the evening, the day before the tournament (Saturday), an official dinner at the newly opened clubhouse at Karolinka Golf Park.
